Catering to clients across all age groups, Carlos has become adept at tailoring fitness programs to meet diverse needs. His expertise extends to leading group fitness classes, including spinning, Pilates, and HIIT.

His professional interests span a broad spectrum, encompassing neuromuscular and cardiovascular rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and specialized training for sports such as soccer and endurance sports like running, swimming, cycling, and triathlon.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Carlos finds fulfillment in family time with his wife Fernanda and their son Giovanni. Soccer remains a passion, and he takes pleasure in exploring diverse culinary experiences.

Carlos has held accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) since 2011, underscoring his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional competence.
