Valentina Ukich

Valentina is a highly experienced psychologist offering thoughtful and depth-oriented psychological care for adolescents (14 +), adults, couples and families. Her work is designed for people seeking not only symptom relief, but meaningful psychological integration, sustainable functioning and reconnection with self.

With 30 years of experience across community and private practice settings, Valentina provides evidence-based treatment alongside whole-person psychological care. She supports clients navigating complexity, transition, healing and personal or professional growth.

Her clinical work is grounded and relational and particularly well suited to individuals navigating relational strain, developmental trauma, identity exploration or periods of significant personal or career change.

Valentina is fluent in Croatian, Serbian and Bosnian languages.

Valentina runs her own independent practice and engages The Wellness Place to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Appointment duration:  51 minutes

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $220.00 per appointment (After 5pm & Saturday – $240.00 per appointment)

Couples: $230.00 per appointment (After 5pm & Saturday – $250.00 per appointment)

Family Counselling: $240.00 per appointment (After 5pm & Saturday – $260.00 per appointment)

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments. 

Cancellation Policy:  Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
