Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterized by combining postures so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. This is commonly referred to as flow yoga.
Often equated with high-energy, there are many ways to approach Vinyasa from rapid to slow.
Vinyasa allows for a lot of variety, and no two classes are ever the same, but will almost always include sun salutations.
Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose.
