Clif began in the world of Yoga on the steppes of Mongolia in 2010. More about Clif’s story here.

Clif teaches Vinyasa Flow, a style of yoga characterized by combining postures so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. This is commonly referred to as flow yoga. More info here.
